Meet our Team at MEDICA

Why talk to us at MEDICA?

IVD manufacturers face increasing supply chain pressures regarding native biological materials, including sourcing constraints, lot-to-lot variability, and tightening regulatory restrictions on animal-derived inputs.

Whether you are already evaluating recombinant materials or considering a future transition from native antigens, our team can discuss your application, technical requirements and long-term supply needs.

Data Spotlight: Recombinant TSH Commutability

Our recombinant portfolio already performs alongside native material. In a commutability study, recombinant and native TSH (product 610175) were spiked into buffer and into three donor samples at six concentrations (n=18). Each sample was measured on the Abbott Architect and Beckman DxI platforms.

  • Comparable to native: recombinant and native TSH performed comparably on both analyzers.

  • Linear across the clinical range: both showed excellent linearity across the clinical measuring range.

  • Minimal matrix effects: recovery in donor samples was high relative to buffer.
