Manon Duffing

Manon Duffing is an Associate Product Manager at Medix Biochemica, based in Besançon, France. She plays a key role in supporting strategic product development and portfolio management for IVD raw materials, with a focus on monoclonal antibody development and cross-functional collaboration. Manon began her career at Medix Biochemica’s Diaclone site in 2021 as a student intern during her master’s studies. She progressed through roles in research and development, including Laboratory Technician and Development Associate, gaining deep expertise in cellular biology and antibody production. Her hands-on experience has provided a strong foundation for her current role in product management, where she also contributes to quality assurance initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Innovation in Biotechnology from Université Bourgogne Europe, and a Master’s in Cellular and Molecular Signaling as well as a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, and Physiology from Université Marie et Louis Pasteur.
