Quality case study: Medix Biochemica’s latest customer survey
In our 2024 annual customer survey, we received nine positive responses for every one suggestion for improvement. The responses were analyzed and sorted into the various categories they belonged to, and quality was the most frequent category mentioned. In fact, 35% of all responses received were positive comments around the high quality of our materials. Here is some of the feedback we received.1

Medix Biochemica was first established in Finland in the 1980s. During our 40 years of experience serving this industry, we have grown to have a worldwide footprint and expansive offering.
